You’ll have exclusive access to our spacious 1400SQ Foot studio, equipped with top-of-the-line Broncolor Lighting and Hasselblad camera gear. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees. Should you desire, additional talent such as Hair & Make-Up Artists, Assistants, Set Stylists, Retouching, Models, Fashion Stylists, etc., are all available at an extra cost. Your product shoots are based on our company motto, ‘GET IT RIGHT IN CAMERA’. There are times when Photoshop is useful, for instance, to remove wires from objects hanging & also to remove marks from products. Typical turnaround is just 48 hours. However, this can vary based on the number of images and specific work needed. If you only require the images as they are, you can expect them within the 48-hour window. Should you need any retouching, you will receive a personalised quote and timeline. When you work with us, billing is based on either a full day or a half day rate, the latter being the shortest duration we offer. You are not billed by product count as each shoot is different and the creative concept can radically change that shot per hour number. Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 6:00pm. By special arrangement a weekend shoot can be arranged if required. 

If you’re thinking globally, you’ll be pleased to know that we’ve conducted shoots worldwide. With our in-house production manager, Anne-Marie, you’re in good hands. She can assist in orchestrating every facet of your location shoot, from pinpointing the perfect spot to coordinating models and securing necessary licenses.

This can vary depending on your requirements and our workload. Your maximum lead time tends to be 2 to 3 weeks. That said it would also depend on the size of your shoot. A one or two day shoot can often be accommodated more quickly. Call us for a chat about your timing requirements.
